Cancellation Policy

We have a 7 day cancellation policy. Any cancellations received within 7 days of arrival, or in the event of a ‘No Show’, will be charged 100% of the first night of stay. 

Payments

Booking with us online is easy. Your credit card details will be captured at the time of booking and payment is made directly at the B&B. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days of travel or a ‘no show’, your credit card will be charged for the first nights stay.

Refunds

Refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances and is up to our discretion. If a refund is agreed we will refund the amount agreed within 5-7 working days.

Pet Policy

Whilst we love fuzzy friends, unfortunately we are not able to host pets at this time.
